Ceramic Hearts with Henisee Pottery

Bring your favorite person, galantine, partner or friend! Create two 3" ceramic hearts to carve, stamp or paint in celebration of love day!

For $50 you will receive two 3" clay hearts, 50 minutes in the studio with me (Henisee Pottery) and a variety of tools and glazes to texturize and paint your hearts with. Your piece will be finish by me with a clear glaze or white glaze and available for pick up approximately 3 weeks after the workshop.

Add on items will be available in store for additional charge which include an extra 3" heart $10 (this option will only be available if time allows), magnet for finishing $2.

Enjoy a complimentary seasonal sparkling toast from Penns Woods Winery (non-alcoholic option available); admire the holiday greens, trees, and lights; listen to live music; and relax by the firepits and roast marshmallows (while supplies last).

Holiday Walking Wine Tasting at Winterthur

Celebrate the beginning of the Yuletide season with a crisp afternoon walk through the woodland, stopping along the way to enjoy four wine tastings and pop-up shops by local artisans.

Tickets can be purchased upon arrival or in advance through Winterthur.

This is a drop-in event so arrive when you wish and plan to spend approximately two hours. This is an outdoor event in the garden. Please be sure to dress for the weather and for walking on uneven terrain.

Local Potters' Pop-up Show at Barking Tree Pottery

An educational and interactive day of clay at Barking Tree Pottery! The idea of this pop up is to engage you and the maker, giving you the opportunity to learn about the different steps involved in making local handmade pots!

Five local potters, five different ways of working with clay will be on display and techniques demonstrated.

The wheels will be open 10-12 and 2-4 to give you an opportunity to see what “throwing” is all about!

A raffle will be happening again this year! Try your luck at winning a piece by one of the five artists.
